1. About the Site

The Site is an independent catalog that helps players find, verify, and install Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator mods. It is operated by one individual, not a company, corporation, LLC, or other business entity. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SCS Software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Accounts

Most of the Site is usable without an account. Some features (such as favorites, posting reviews, and DLC preferences) require connecting a World of Trucks account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your connected account and for keeping your World of Trucks credentials secure. We may suspend or remove access that we reasonably believe is being misused.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site by automated means, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Resell, relicense, or commercially exploit Site content or downloads.
• Upload or link to malware, or misrepresent a file's safety.
• Impersonate any creator, user, or the Site operator.
• Post unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

5. Your content

When you submit reviews, shared load orders, reports, or other material (“User Content”), you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site. We may remove any User Content at our discretion, including for copyright complaints.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, layout, editorial summaries, and design are owned by the Site operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. Mods, screenshots, and creator materials remain the property of their respective owners. “Euro Truck Simulator 2,” “American Truck Simulator,” “World of Trucks,” and related marks are trademarks of SCS Software; other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to any trademark.

7. Third-party links and downloads

The Site links to third-party websites, mod sources, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or the files they distribute. Accessing them is at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for more.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that mods, links, compatibility information, or safety indicators are accurate, complete, or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SAVE FILES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY MOD OBTAINED THROUGH IT — including damage caused to your game, computer, or files by an installed mod. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operator from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any feature at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time and request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion Request page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Vermont, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@ets2modspot.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked here, are the entire agreement between you and the Site operator regarding the Site.
