Data Deletion Request

What we can delete

• Your account record and connected World of Trucks profile data (display name, avatar, country, synced statistics, achievements, gallery, and log-book entries).
• Your reviews, favorites, and DLC preferences.
• Shared load orders linked to your account (anonymous shares can be removed on request when you can identify them).
• Your active sign-in session.

What we may keep, and why

Some records are not tied to your identity or must be retained briefly:

• Hashed-IP analytics and outbound-click logs. These store only a salted, irreversible hash of an IP address — not your raw IP — so they cannot be linked back to you and are pruned on a rolling basis.
• Limited records required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or enforce our Terms of Use, kept only as long as necessary.
• Content held by third parties. We do not control data on World of Trucks, Google, or other linked services. Use their own tools to manage data held there.

How to request deletion

Send a request that includes:

• The subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
• Your World of Trucks display name or the email used to connect, if you had an account.
• Any specific content you want removed (for example, a review or a shared load order link).

Email it to info@ets2modspot.com. If you are signed in, you can also delete your session and content directly from your account where the option is provided.

What happens next

We will verify the request to protect your information, delete the data we can, and confirm when it is done — normally within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
